- Tenants buy electricity or water through trusted national partners such as Pick n Pay, Checkers, Spar, BP Express, and major banks (FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank).
- Online and mobile purchases via EasyPay.
- Monthly revenue is automatically paid to the property owner or body corporate.
- 15% admin fee is charged to tenants (no cost to landlords).
Ideal for complexes, flats, and multi-tenant properties.
Option 2: JKNV Managed Vending
Prefer to leave revenue collection to the experts? JKNV Energy can handle it for you.
- Tenants make EFT or cash deposits directly into JKNV Energy’s account.
- Tokens are sent to tenants via SMS.
- Monthly payouts (minus admin fee) are made to property owners.
- Admin fee: R50 per meter/month or 10% of sales (whichever is greater).
- Landlords retain control — you can request us to stop vending for tenants with arrears.
